As well as hog roasting we also can cook you up a delicious lamb roast. I would most definitely recommend a lamb roast as the taste and quality of the lamb excellent and is all breed on our farm in lancashire.
One lamb can cater up to around 60 people and we serve it on freshly baked bread roll with homemade mint sauce…….ummmm. Also the lamb can be served with a side buffet or why not have both lamb and pork at your special event.
